Smiles are healthier, brighter, and beautiful in Bellevue thanks to Dr. Najafi and Dr. Jayne.
Dr. Najafi is a prosthodontist who graduated from New York University. He specializes in surgical prosthodontics and brings with him extensive experience in surgical, cosmetic, restorative and reconstructive dentistry.
Dr. Don Jayne is a nationally recognized expert in cosmetic, general, implant, and sedation dentistry. He teaches other doctors from all over the world how to create healthy, beautiful smiles.
Karen, Patient Care Coordinator
Karen is the first person you meet when you step inside our practice. It’s a good thing because she is a caring and detail-oriented professional in charge scheduling, insurance billing, and financial arrangements.
As a dental care enthusiast who enjoys helping you prevent problems, Karen takes great pride in acting as your advocate. She brings a deep understanding of both dental treatment and benefits systems to her role.
Karen is a graduate of the Northwest College for Dental Assisting and Knapp Business College where she focused her studies on accounting and business management. She completed post graduate training in health care administration, patient service, and dental technology.
When she’s not in the office, Karen enjoys making memories through great experiences. Some of her favorite times were spent scuba diving in the Virgin Islands and Hawaii. Next, she plans to go on an eating tour of Italy.
Amy, Insurance Coordinator
Meet Amy, a beach-loving soul who traded the East Coast sands for the enchanting charm of the Pacific Northwest seven years ago and never looked back. Whether it’s riding waves on a surfboard, snowboarding the mountains of the PNW, or cruising on a skateboard, Amy thrives on the simple joys of outdoor adventures.
As the dedicated Insurance Coordinator at Bellevue Dentist, Amy plays a crucial role in ensuring that patients make the most of their dental benefits. Driven by a love for helping others, Amy simplifies the complex world of insurance to make sure patients can access the dental care they need. In every role and every activity, Amy brings a down-to-earth approach, blending adventure, creativity, and community spirit.
Tanya, Dental Assistant
Tanya is a bright, talented, and nurturing registered dental assistant with an eye for detail. She possesses a passion for learning and sharing knowledge about oral health.
Providing comprehensive care, that considers your whole health, is Tanya’s priority. To help make visits more comfortable she led our dental team’s adoption of Dental Scanner, a device that makes taking dental impressions easier for patients.
In our practice, you will find Tanya chairside assisting Dr. Najafi. She provides clinical supports for treatment involving dental implants, veneers, and tooth restorations.
Tanya earned her degree in dental assisting from the Dental Assisting Training Center and she holds a certificate in x-ray technology.
Always up for adventure, Tanya’s best vacation yet was a trip to the Maldives. She also loves her mother’s home cooking.
Ronna, Dental Assistant
Ronna is a dedicated dental assistant with a passion for fostering open communication and educating patients about oral health. A graduate with a degree in Biology and a minor in Business from Washington State University, Ronna not only excelled in her studies but also showcased her agility on the track as a 400-meter runner for the university.
Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in connecting with people and indulging in the delectable creations from Karen’s baking. Known for her trustworthy and caring nature, Ronna is committed to staying on the cutting edge of dental technology. She expresses excitement about advancements in Airflow and dental scanning technology, reflecting her dedication to providing top-notch care for her patients. Beyond the dental office, Ronna enjoys seafood as her favorite food. In 2022, she created cherished memories with her family during a trip to Mexico.
Maggie, Dental Assistant
Introducing Maggie, a dental assistant with an impressive 25-year career, demonstrating excellence in both chairside proficiency and administrative acumen. Her specialization lies in providing compassionate care for patients with dental anxiety, fostering a relaxed atmosphere.
Beyond her professional commitments, Maggie’s free time is marked by travel adventures, reflecting her curiosity for diverse cultures. She enjoys the outdoors and time spent with friends and family.
Keriann, Dental Hygienist
As a dedicated dental hygienist with a passion for creating positive experiences, Keriann brings a unique blend of artistic flair and compassionate care to our practice. Graduating from Seattle Central Community College with a dental hygiene license in 2012, Keriann also holds a BA in Fine Arts with an emphasis on digital design from Seattle University.
During her time in dental hygiene school, Keriann embarked on a transformative journey to Vietnam, where she volunteered as a dental hygiene student. This experience profoundly shaped her approach to patient care, instilling a deep commitment to providing personalized and compassionate dental health services.
With a warm and welcoming demeanor, Keriann treasures the opportunity to connect with each patient, building relationships based on trust and empathy. Her favorite aspect of the job is getting to know people and nurturing their dental well-being through education and attentive care.
Beyond the dental chair, Keriann finds joy in the kitchen, indulging her passion for baking and savoring the flavors of Italian and Mexican cuisine. Her dedication to creating a positive and comfortable experience extends beyond dentistry, enriching the lives of those around her both inside and outside the practice.
